Viru Folk is a music festival which gives the beautiful beach village of Lahemaa a new atmosphere and spirit for three days. A diverse and comprehensive show ensures the enjoyment of everyone that comes to Käsmu during these days to experience all there
On the Ingman Sea stage behind the Nautic Museum right on the beach there are performing modern worldmusic artists and in the chapel you can enjoy songs by the song authors themselves.
In the culture center you can watch several movies and slideshows concerning the history, culture and nature of the surrounding areas. Outside the Writers' house you can take part in poetry reading during the evening.
During the festival Käsmu will be filled with several outdoor cafe's and icecream stands, also
biketaxies have come to town to help tired festival visitors' feet.
When you arrive with a bicycle you have the opportunity to use a guarded bike parking area. There are also plenty of souvenirs to be found and there is always something to do for children in the festival's childrens' area.

Festival passports and tickets for sale in festival Ticket Center, Piletilevi, Statoil gas stations in Estonia and on the internet: www.piletilevi.ee. Festival passport gives entry to all concerts, inside concerts as long as there is space.
