France: exhibition of Estonian jewelry design

On September 8-16, 2017, the exhibition dedicated to the Estonian jewelry design can be seen at Paris design week.

NID in collaboration with Darja Popolitova are pleased to present an exhibition dedicated to Estonian jewelry design as part of the Paris Design Week 2017. As jewelry art has emerged over the recent years as one of the strongest and most distinctive areas in the Estonian design landscape, we believe it is the perfect time to introduce Estonian jewelry artists in Paris.

We have selected 6 artists, who use new and unexpected materials in their work, some of the examples include mushrooms, euro coins, sponges and old crystal vases, amongst others.

PARTICIPATING DESIGNERS: Sille Luiga, Merlin Meremaa, Maarja Niinemägi, Darja Popolitova, Kairi Sirendi, Tanel Veenre.
