Muhu Print 2017

On September 29, 2017, at 7 p.m. the joint exhibition "Muhu Print 2017" will be opened at Kuku Club.

Art starts with music and action at Kuku Club on Michaelmas, September 29th! At the opening, the poetry machine Taave Tuutma says some words and Lilli-Krõõt Repnau plays the ukulele.

The opening ceremony will be followed by the Balkan disco. The records are spun by DJ Jojo200. The rhythms continue until morning.

International graphics workshop "Muhu Print" was held from July 31 to August 5, 2017, at A. I. Art Residency in Nõmmküla, Muhu island. The workshop took place for the third time.

The focus was on offset printing. The workshop was conducted by artists and Ubu Noir masters Gudrun Heamägi and Lauri Koppel. The technique was presented by offset master Harri Leppänen from Finland.

The joint exhibition will be exhibited on the walls of the Kuku Club, where it mainly focuses on offset prints by artists from Estonia, Finland, Hungary, and Greenland. The presentation also features intaglio prints, drawings, and watercolor paintings made at Muhu Print.
